Description
Steel spectacles 1800
Steel spectacles from 1800 are unique in that they seem to represent a “missing link” between the “C” bridge (1750 to 1840) and the “K” bridge (1810 to 1900).
This pair is steel and features two, plano (no power), glass lenses.
Somewhere in the past 200+ years, the left lens incurred a crack through its middle.
The steel glasses have the turn-pin style temples. They come with a wooden case with no lid as shown in the images.
